Who We Are?
Niswarth Seva Trust is a women-focused entrepreneurship development NGO based in Ahmedabad, dedicated to empowering women to become confident, financially independent business owners. We work with women from diverse backgrounds — homemakers, students, small-scale workers, and aspiring entrepreneurs — and help them build sustainable sources of income through skill development, mentorship, and business support.
We believe that true empowerment begins when a woman gains the knowledge, confidence, and resources to shape her own future. No prior business experience is required. Our NGO supports women from the ground up — from developing ideas to launching and managing a business successfully.
We conduct various entrepreneurship development and skill-building programs, including:
- Business planning
- Marketing and digital promotion
- Product development and packaging
- Vocational skills like tailoring, food processing, Food Business, handicrafts, Grocery etc.
We do not directly provide funding, but we help women access government schemes, microloans, and financial assistance through banks, SHGs (Self-Help Groups), and women entrepreneurship programs.
You can apply online through our website’s registration form or visit our Ahmedabad office. Our team will guide you through the enrollment process and program details.
Many of our basic skill and entrepreneurship programs are free or subsidized, thanks to our donors and partners. Some advanced courses may have a minimal fee to cover materials and certification costs.
Yes! We provide post-training support — including mentorship, business registration guidance, and help in marketing or selling products through exhibitions and online platforms.
Our programs are exclusively designed for women to promote women’s entrepreneurship and empowerment. However, we encourage men to support our mission through volunteering or partnerships.
