At Niswarth Seva Trust, we value transparency and ensure that every contribution, fee, or donation made towards our programs is handled securely and ethically. This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed and the terms governing all financial transactions made through our website or directly with our trust.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment:

• UPI / QR Code

• Net Banking

• Debit & Credit Cards

• Wallet Payments

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

• Cash (Only for offline registrations/donations)

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

2. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully completed:

• You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation.

• For program fees, you will receive a payment receipt.

• For donations, an official donation receipt will be issued.

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly.

3. Donation Payments

• All donations made voluntarily are non-refundable.

• Donation receipts are issued for all valid donor details submitted.

• Donations are utilized strictly for women empowerment and training programs.

4. Program / Training Fees

For workshops, training, or entrepreneurship programs:

• Full payment must be made at the time of registration.

• Seats are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Program fees are non-transferable unless approved by the trust.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If money is deducted but payment status shows pending/failed:

• The amount is normally refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

• If the refund does not reflect, reach out to our support team with transaction details.

6. Security & Data Protection

• All payment data is encrypted and processed securely.

• We do not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers or passwords.

• User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
